What the service is

WebToolsPanel offers more than 150 online tools free of charge and without registration. The service is provided as it stands, with no subscription, no commitment on our side, and no guarantee that a given tool will still be here next year.

What you may not do

• Upload or process content that is illegal, or that you have no right to use.
• Use the tools to produce material intended to harm, deceive or impersonate someone.
• Send automated or bulk requests, scrape the site, or place the tools behind your own interface without written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or reach parts of the server that are not published.

What you upload stays yours

You keep every right you hold over the text and files you submit. We claim nothing over them, and we acquire no licence beyond what is strictly needed to run the tool you asked for and return the result to you.

You are responsible for having the right to process the content you submit. The maximum accepted file size is 5 MB.

The results are not a guarantee

The tools are offered without warranty of any kind. Conversions, calculations and generated files are produced automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuited to your situation.

This matters most for the calculators. A loan estimate, a tax figure, a fee calculation or a unit conversion produced here is an indication, not advice. Check any figure that carries financial, legal, medical or safety consequences against an authoritative source before acting on it.

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from the use of this site or of its results.

Availability

We make no promise about uptime. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, may change, and individual tools may be withdrawn without notice.

Pages on this site sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

Changes and contact

These conditions may be revised. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
